                               RESOLUTION NO. 19569
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO 
                   CONTRACT WITH EUGENE BOWMAN, APPRAISER, TO 
                   APPRAISE TWO (2) TRACTS AND ONE (1) ADD-ON 
                   TRACT RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 77, BROWNTOWN 
                   ROAD COLLECTOR, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED 
                   SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($750.00), WHICH INCLUDES TWO HUNDRED FIFTY 
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($250.00) FOR EACH TRACT.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to contract with 
       Eugene Bowman, Appraiser, to appraise two (2) tracts and one (1) 
       add-on tract relative to Contract No. 77, Browntown Road 
       Collector, for an amount not to exceed $750.00, which includes 
       $250.00 for each tract.
